Tobago Gold Rum Cream

On a tour in Tobago, the tour guide mentioned a chocolate rum made on the island that could be found in the local grocery store. It took a little hunting but our taxi cab driver, Eric, was determined to help us find it. Around 7 phone calls and 3 stores later, we found it! Turns out it's more readily available around Christmas time.

It's like a dark chocolate Bailey's Irish Cream. If you don't like dark chocolate, this may not be on the one for you unless it's used in a recipe.

For the dark chocolate lover that I am, it was definitely worth the hunt and extra weight in my luggage getting home.
